That's exactly what the consultation is for. Some people aren't a fit for GLP-1 medications due to health history, and your provider will tell you honestly if that's the case, and talk through other options like Low Dose Naltrexone or coaching-based support instead.
What if I'm already on a GLP-1 but just need coaching, not a new prescription?
That's absolutely something we offer. If you're already getting semaglutide or tirzepatide from another provider but aren't getting real guidance on nutrition, side effects, or how to adjust as you go, you can work with us for coaching support alone; no new prescription required.

The consult and maintenance visit prices cover your provider visit, plan, and monitoring. Medication itself is prescribed separately based on what you need, and your provider will walk through exact costs with you before you start, so there are no surprises.
Do you accept insurance?
Felina Sno Wellness is a cash-pay practice, so we don't bill insurance directly. Many clients use FSA/HSA, credit, debit, or cash.
Weight-loss and wellness visits are with Felina Brown, APRN; aesthetic services are performed by our licensed aesthetics team.
Medical services begin with a consultation, so your plan is built for you.
GLP-1 medications, LDN, Botox, Latisse, NAD+, and B12 are prescription treatments available only after a clinical evaluation with a licensed provider. Individual results and candidacy vary.

Your care is led by an APRN with over 25 years of clinical experience, including acute and psychiatric care, not a call-center provider you'll never meet twice. You'll have direct access to the same provider at every visit, someone who actually knows your history and adjusts your plan as your life changes. You'll also have monthly accountability check-ins, weight and measurement checks, counseling, and lifestyle, nutrition, and exercise guidance.
