Will this regrow my hair?
Results depend on the individual and how much follicle activity is still present in the treated area. For some clients, this means visible regrowth over time. For others, especially where thinning has progressed further, the goal is to strengthen and protect the follicles that are still active, slowing further loss. Your provider will give you an honest picture of what's realistic for your scalp at your consult.

What is the Derive serum, and how does it work?
Derive is a plant-based, biomimetic serum, meaning it mimics the signals human hair follicles naturally use. It's formulated specifically for scalp and follicle needs rather than general skin, which is why it pairs with AquaFirme for hair, while EXO|E is used for our facial treatments instead. Derive is also available on its own as an at-home serum if you're not ready for the full in-office treatment, though results build more slowly without the in-clinic step.

What is the AquaFirme hair restoration treatment and how does it work?
This treatment pairs two steps in one visit. First, AquaFirme increases blood flow and clears out your scalp's pores, creating the ideal environment for absorption. Then we apply a medical-grade concentration of Derive and use ultrasound to drive it deep into the scalp rather than letting it sit on the surface. Your treatment includes a take-home Derive serum, applied to your scalp twice daily, which continues supporting your results between visits.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for as much notice as you can give, ideally 24 hours, by phone or text, so we can offer the time to someone else. There is currently no cancellation fee.
